The Gold Standard Model 60 Combination Pipe and Bench Vise™
Over four times the material strength of a cast vise. Components are machined from high-strength, high-impact tool steels, fully heat treated to 250,000 PSI — where a cast vise sits at roughly 60,000 PSI.
Every surface is precision machined to close engineered tolerances, so the vise opens and closes with direct movement of the handle and zero backlash or play in the fully enclosed screw and nut assembly. It works easily anywhere in the 0 to 20,000 pound load range with normal hand pressure.
Built for the home shop, the production floor, or a service vehicle — made in Traverse City, Michigan with the care of a precision instrument.

The Gold Standard Extreme Grip Jaws™
Six inch jaws included. High-impact, through-hardened tool steel, 1.375 inches thick, with no fasteners anywhere in the working area — 100% holding power across the full face. Jaw opening to 10 inches.
Extreme Grip Combination Pipe Jaws™
Included as standard. Holds pipe from 5/8 to 3 inches in diameter across a solid 3.75 inch gripping area, again with no fasteners in the working surfaces. Through-hardened tool steel.
Removable anvil
High-impact, through-hardened tool steel, and removable so it can be swapped for custom application anvils. More options coming soon.
Extreme Lock Swivel Base™
360 degrees of infinite positioning with no notches to fight. Every mating surface is fully machined to close tolerance, so the base locks hard and moves smoothly — no settling for the nearest detent.
One zerk, and that is the service schedule
A single grease fitting lubricates the main body, the dynamic jaw tube and the swivel base. The heat-treated screw and nut assembly is completely sealed from the environment and lubricated here at the shop, so it needs no regular service at all.
